4 or 5 years ago, we bought a small lot in Promontory in Park City, UT. Promontory is a large private country club and development situated right outside of Park City at 7,000 feet elevation. The idea was to build a second home there that we can use during both winter and summer months. We have now gotten to the point, where we want to start the process of designing and building the home. We hope to have the process completed within the next 2 years.
